His multifaceted expertise in engineering, real estate development, construction, and project management is essential in creating unique investment opportunities.
Stefano Volterrani
CEO
Stefano leads development and implementation of advanced analytical models and strategies to drive business insights and decision making across investment, asset management, and operations. He also manages strategic partnerships with investors, private equities, family offices, and financial institutions. With over 30 years of experience in real estate and oil & gas, Stefano excels in business development, extract data-driven actionable insights, technical sales, capital raising, M&A evaluation, and portfolio development. He has successfully overseen the acquisition and management of a $50M portfolio of rental multifamily apartments in Texas and the Midwest.

Steven is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer / Investment Banker with over 30 years of expertise in managing Operations, Finance, and Global Business Development for a diverse range of companies, including Fortune 1000 companies and technology start-ups. Specialized in industries such as e-learning, technology, e-commerce, textiles, manufacturing, entertainment, banking, real estate, and government. Renowned for providing strategic financial insights at the board level, enhancing financial performance, and driving significant business growth.

VP of Product Design
Murphy contributes over 30 years of design expertise to the team. Throughout her career, she has worked on a diverse range of projects, spanning from single-family residences to multifamily developments, encompassing spec builds to high-end custom constructions. Murphy’s profound understanding of space, form, function, and materials enables us to deliver purpose-built products to the market with Veritas Signature.
Al Danesh
VP of Asset Management
Al possesses over 18 years of experience in real estate asset management. He spearheaded the origination and management of a multifamily fund, which currently oversees assets totaling $300M. His extensive background includes comprehensive skills in underwriting, project analysis, and direct involvement in residential project development, boasting sales exceeding $15M.
