We are a second-generation real estate development firm that began with multifamily home projects 40 years ago. Over the years, we expanded into low-density apartment developments while continuing to build custom homes in Calgary and BC. In 2018, leveraging our extensive market research and consulting with experienced advisors, we entered the multifamily apartment market in the USA. We acquired a portfolio of over 430 working-class residential units across Texas and the Midwest, valued at US$50 million.
Our dual experience in Canadian and American real estate markets has given us deep insights into housing challenges and the limitations of federal and national governmental programs. We have redefined our company’s mission and vision, committing to provide housing issues with holistic solutions by leveraging our understanding of these issues from supply, demand and operation stand point. and capabilities.
Based on the market demand, we strategically focus on sustainable acquisition and development of attainable products such as rental multifamily apartments, alongside luxury custom-built single-family homes and condominiums. Given our strong local knowledge and footprint, beginning in Calgary was a natural choice, leading to projects like Rideau and La Mission—an attainable rental multifamily development.
